There are very many diseases that are in the world today. If you think about them, you will not need to know much and you will pity the affected people in one way or the other. The fact is that most of these diseases are caused by the lifestyle that we live. What every person should know is that there is a better life in living while eating, drinking, thinking and working. here are some of causes of not living well in life.

Cause number one.

The first cause which is the major one is what we eat. This tells us that we must watch everything that we put into our mouth.  There are many foods that ere there in the market today. What you should know is that there are original foods which were there from the beginning and there are others which are made by human beings.  Scientists have come up with different ways of making food and growing them. If you compare them with the original crops or plants you will notice a lot of difference especially regarding the nutrients that they offer to our bodies once we eat them. There is another one which is a major problem today. These are foods which are grown with chemicals and they are causing human beings their own lives. They have resulted to loss of live, body weakness, mental weakness and many more.

Cause number two

After eating or even before eating you will need some liquid to add to your body. In fact the body asks for it. There are very many types of drinks that you can find in the market today. Others we cook in our homes while others are manufactured in companies. What you should ask yourself before taking it is, is this right for my body or I should change?

Cause number three

What you breathe? This has become a major problem especially to the people who live near companies. This is because there are different types of gases that are produced when manufacturing goods and it is healthy for your body. In fact others claim your life. Other places such as slums or working in a company that deals with plastics or gases can be very dangerous for your healthy. People who smoke threaten their lives too in a great way. All these should be avoided in one way or another. You should take good precautions while working in such places.

Cause number four

What you watch or listen to. Many people don’t understand that life can be very difficult or easy depending on what you watch or listen to. The effect comes after letting it get into your mind. What happens is that it gives a negative or positive impact. Avoid watching things that are not helpful or even lis6tening to them. If your friends are talking death to your country, life or anything related to your well being, you should switch off from the.

Cause number five

What you think. After watching and listening to anything, it gets into your mind and after that you start thinking.  Listen to yourself and feel what you think about yourself? What happens when you get a headache or malaria? Do think of death or life. What medicines do you take to calm it down?  What happens to you once you are discouraged? What about when someone disappoints you or when you lose? Do you say that it is finish and you let it go? Do you say that you were not meant to succeed in life? What do you do? Give up? When you live a positive life, you are able to see success.

Cause number six

After eating, drinking, watching listen and working, do you do exercise? This is important part of life that you should not neglect. This is because it helps the body to work more and utilizing what is one the store. It strengthens your body muscles and gives you a good shape.
