Make Organic Living a Lifestyle



There are two type of lifestyles that people have embraced. One is non organic and the other one is organic. You find that we are living in modern days when everything is modernized. Come to food, clothing, and to the materials we use daily. There are various effects that have come out of these one of them being unfamiliar sicknesses. To rescue this generation, people must turn back to natural living. Let us consider using what our forefathers used. Let’s go back to taking yams, sweet potatoes and naturally grown food. There are many ways in which every person can use to ensure that they have changed their lifestyle into organic living.

The first step to organic living starts with what we eat and how it is grown. This is to be taken by all farmers across the world. What they should consider is using compost manure which is made with plant remains plus animal waste products. This reduces chemical use while growing food thereby resulting to health and natural foods. This reduces health threats to every human being. The other option is to use organic fertilizer which is available. The seeds contribute to what we harvest. This means that farmers should start using organic seeds. In order to control pests and flood cover crops and crop rotation will be of help.

The second step should be for people to know what they are supposed to eat. This tells us that organic living involves what we eat. Not every food that is there is fit for you. Knowing this is very easy since all you need to know is what is right for your blood group and get your diet. There are foods that we take daily but they cause allergies while others cause other health issues. If for example you are blood group O, taking dairies, citrus and wheat may result to some health problems one of them being weight gain which has been pointed out as a great cause of blood pressure and heartache. Other things that may affect you are the lotions that you apply. There have come very many natural lotions made of aloe Vera, honey and other natural plantations which bring positive impact in your life.

The thirds step is exercise. This involves doing daily exercises and it doesn’t mean you get money to register in a nearby gym. What you need to do is walk. Stop driving always while going to work especially if it is a place where you can walk. Do it in the morning and evening. Make it a routine. This will reduce chances of getting backbone problems; strengthen your bones and muscles thereby predicting long life. The water in take falls in this category since while doing exercise there will be a lot of water loss. This means that you will need to take at least eight glasses of water daily. The fourth step is detoxification, this must be done naturally. This is by staying without eating any food but taking water as directed by your nutritionist. During that period your tissues will be rejuvenated and it will help in re-freshening your body.

When you learn to take naturally grown food and avoid non organic food, there is no doubt that you will remain young and health. The stress of life will be easily dealt with in your body.
